DT Swiss wheels RA 1.0 vs 2.0

can anyone tell me what the difference is between DT Swiss RA 1.0 and RA 2.0 wheels. I can see the 1's don't have bladed spokes nor do they have one white spoke. The hubs seem to be a different colour white on the 1's and blue on the 2's but they look the same. The rims look identical. I guess my question is are they the same expect for bladed Vs conventional round spokes and the hub colouring?
