Hi all,
I’m riding the C2C on the Trans Pennines Trail, Its 215 miles with 11000ft of climbing, this will be completed wiothin 24 hrs.
Now I’ve been testing various foods to eat along the way, we are supported, and be stopping every 50 miles to stock up on food and drink. Honey in white bread, bananas, Gluten free energy bars, Soyreen loaf, Haribos, plus the normal energy/carb drinks and a few bars and gels to get me over the line.So have any of you got a wonder food to put in a sandwich, which can be cut into 4, or a small snack thaty can be carried in a cycling jersey?
Thanks for looking.
Malc
