Mavic Ksyrium – cyclocross tyres?

    As the subject suggests…I’ve got a hold of a set of Mavic Ksyrium SL wheels, will I be able to fit cyclocross tyres to them or will they be too narrow?

    I’ve successfully run CX
    I’ve successfully run CX tyres on Ksyriums – quite narrow rims so not best for fatter tyres e.g. 35mm at low pressures. Make sure the tyre bead fits securely, sloppy fit could mean the tyre coming off under pressure.

    Mavic recommends tyre sizes:
    Mavic recommends tyre sizes: 19 to 32 mm for these rims.
