Cycling in and around Woburn,beds

I'm going to center parcs in a couple of weeks for a weeks break, now I would normally take a mountain bike but I've read that it's not worth it. I wouldn't mind getting out on the road bike while I'm there, are there any decent routes/loops. Not really keen on taking maps and getting lost etc as time is limited Just after a 20-30 mile loop/blast that I can do early am while the family are still asleep.
