Day ride from Porto

I've got a spare day in Porto in June and want to get a nice long ride in, maybe 120 - 140km. Anybody done it or got a route i can look at? And has anybody tried renting from a company called Cycling Rentals who claim to be able to deliver a Fuji road bike anywhere in Spain or Portugal. Thanks
