I’m having a problem building a Ride 93 carbon. I have threaded the rear mech cable through the frame and out of the chain stay. The outer cable then snuggly fits inside the rubber bung at the end of the chain stay. The problem is the bung is only just wide enough for the outer cabling but not an outer cabling end cap. This means when I shift the rear mech the cable housing slides into the frame so the gear does not change.

Any pictures of the end of the chain stay to help me see what’s missing or how it should be set up or anyone had a similar problem?

End caps are available with a
End caps are available with a step at the end so they will fit into a smaller opening. You definitely must have an end cap as you found out.
