Following a painful pedal/shin interface I have bloodstains on the (white) mesh part of my shoes and would be grateful for advise about removing the stain without damaging the shoes.

Really does what it says on the tin! Just rub a little on to the damp mesh and then leave for 30 minutes or so and rinse. Repeat if it hasn’t all gone.

Also gets grease off jeans, t-shirts etc.

    Whichever approach you use do
Whichever approach you use do not use HOT water – it does something to it that means it will never come out. Cold water will dissolve it but be patient.

I regulary stick my shoes in the washing machine using one of these from Lakeland

Remember to take the cleats off first otherwise unpredictable damage may occur!
