Corrupt ride file on Edge 810 can someone help repair

Just been for a ride and for the first time in a year my ride has saved and corrupted unsure why.

Unfortunately I’m running apple mac operating system and the Fitfilerepairtool is windows only so can’t use it to attempt repair.

Any body willing to help a fellow roadie and try and sort it for me,

would be very greatful for any help
