best place to sell bikes

I need to put my old road bike up for sale. Does anyone have a recommended site to advertise it? (i'd rather not ebay unless i get desperate...) not meaning to be rude, but the classifieds on road.cc don't seem to be hugely active or easy to search / navigate... cheers!
