Tried a pair of these on in my local Halfords at the weekend, I could feel my big toe touching the top of the leather bit at the toe of the shoe. question is, is that a ok fit or should I go half a size up?

    Shimano cycling shoes do tend
Shimano cycling shoes do tend to come up a bit small on size against what you might normally wear in trainers/work shoes/whatever.

I’ve got the R088s and went a full-size up, and they fit me absolutely fine.

    I’ve found Shimano to be
I’ve found Shimano to be quite small for their size, so I’d go a size up.

Just like any other (non-bike) shoe, your toes shouldn’t be touching the end.

Going a size up won’t help the depth of the shoe so much though.
