rims with a 2:1 spoke ratio?

Hi, I've searched the forum but could find nothing about this, so apologies if I'm covering old ground. I have a set of fulcrum wheels, the rear having a pretty worn rim, but the hub is still fine. I enjoy building a wheel so I figured I'd get a new rim for this one and lace it up. The hub has 16 drive side spoke and 8 non-drive side, and I can't find a rim with drilling angled such a way as to accept such a lacing. I guess there probably isn't such a thing in an aftermarket rim, but I figured it'd be worth asking before I assign the wheels to turbo trainer only use. Cheers.
