Campag 11 speed

    Anyone got any experience of Campag 11spd chains. Really not up for shelling out for the “official” chain connector.

    I used to use the 10spd connector on my old bike with no issues, but other than scaremongering is there any reason not to use the KMC 11 spd connector?

    I had a chorus chain on the bike when I bought it, when I changed my cassette I went for a KMC, stuck with them ever since.

    I second KMC links on Campag
    I second KMC links on Campag Chorus chains. Just to add to the above, the KMC 11 speed connectors warn not to re-use them, but they’re a bit pricey to be considered disposable. I’ve used the same connector across two chains for 4,000 km, opening and re-closing for chain cleaning roughly every 250km. It has been fine. Make life easier for yourself by buying an opening tool. A closing tool is unnecessary.

    i use chorus chains and kmc
    i use chorus chains and kmc 11 speed connectors – absolutely no probs at all.
