Knee warmers slipping

    Can anyone advice please,

    I have a new pair of dhb knee warmers which fit really nice, but whenever I ride they slip down. Then if walking around they then slip right down below my knees.

    Would this be due to the hairs on my legs? I do have hairy legs and have never shaved them, but was interested to know if shaving would prevent this from happening.

    I hope someone can help.

    I have found they will all
    I have found they will all slip occasionally,mbut good ones less likely to do so.

    Best set I have are old Descente they’re were £stupid though.

    Usually found that with cheaper ones (which the dhb are), I went through a few cheap ones, including the dhb, and settled on castelli nanoflex.
    Worth the case as they stick where I put them, definitely a case of you get what you pay!

    It’s just some grip better
    It’s just some grip better than others or fit your leg shape.

    I have perfectly shaved legs and this still happens to me with certain tights or knee warmers, especially if its wet.

    The bad news is that – unless you’re incredibly lucky and find exactly the right holster for your guns – there seems to be a correlation between price and grip.

    Ditched my DHB’s for exactly the same reason. Bought Endura. E Voila. problem solved (better grips)

    Nowt to do with the fur. The solution is simple enough, just buy bigger knees.

    Alternatively, ditch the embrocation oil and use honey instead. Simply jump in the shower without undressing after your ride to steam the warmers off.
