First Super Bike

Hello all, This is my first post to this forum so be gentle! After 4 yearsand lots of my of my trusted Scott CR1 i am fortunate enough to be in a postion to move onto a 'proper' road bike as i'm calling it. At the moment i've seen the Parlee Z5, Colnago C59 and S Work Tarmac all of which look great. I like to looks all them all and am struggling to narrow down. Most of the riding i do is hilly, and i'm heading to the Pyrenees this summer. Being 6ft 2" and 90KG may also be a factor. Any advice on these frames???
