Quick website suggestion

Quick suggestion - on the front page where an article is published there are 4 hyperlinks - all of which take you to the top of the article 1) The photo 2) The title 3) The first bit of the article 4) The number of comments Can you make the "x comments" hyperlink jump to the top of the comments. Often I go back to an article I;'ve read and comment on just to see where the comments are at (yeah, sad I know). Would save having to scroll through the article. Ta :)
