city bike like tokyobike

I'm after a city bike similar to [url=http://tokyobike.co.uk/bikes.htm]tokyobike bicycles.[/url] I like this simple design - steel frame, single chainring on the front, derailleur on the back, mudguard and rack fittings. I wouldn't buy a tokyobike though because their wheels are 650c, so there is almost zero choice of tyres. Anything similar in out there with 700c wheels?
