I think it’s more likely that they’re going to get stock in or have run out of stock and the page is a placeholder; you often see this with mobile phones.

Obviously I could be wrong and it’d be awesome if you do get them – coincedentally you can rent Q-rings from distributors for a £10 deposit and you get to try them for a week.
