Nipple Problems

Apologies for the provocative listing title.... I have a set of 50mm carbon clincher rims and the nipples keep coming loose and falling into the rim. I've had them at my local shop to get retrued and tension checked. But after 3 miles of my planned 50 this morning one of nipples fell off into the rim again! Can anyone offer any advice? I've done a bit of research today and it seems dt Swiss prolock nipples are an option, otherwise loctite. Thanks in advance!

They sound under tensioned to me. If the tension was high enough and evened out across the wheel this wouldn’t happen or at least it certainly wouldn’t happen after only three miles!
