that refers to your team that refers to your team coming top 3 on the day, i.e scoring 150 points makes you 3rd on the day. you should get a stage win badge though, the sprint one
there’s also the podium badge that you get for predicting the 1-2-3 on any given stage

So I had Westra in my team for Tour of California, and he won the first stage, but i didn’t get an achievement, should i not have gained the following?
