Bottle mounting

I'm restoring/refurbishing a Raleigh Record Ace and have just received my frame back from the spray shop. It was only at this late stage that I realised I hadn't asked them to add a set of bottle cage mounts. In the meantime, I'd bought at great expense a Campag Borraccia Biodinamica bottle & cage. Now I have no way of attaching one to t'other. Unless, of course, Road CC members know otherwise??

band-on solutions exist but
band-on solutions exist but probably aren’t that aesthetically pleasing. otherwise can you fix it under your seat?
