Confused about the classics

help!!! i had a good team picked for one lot of spring classics now i have only 2 team members left and 3 subs to make... WTF? is this a purist thing that i have missed out on? i smashed Paris Roubaix now i have only 2 riders left for the beer race..... HELP!!!
