    I was just wondering if there were any points allowed fir the general classification of tours ? If yes where can we see them ?

    Those GC points are awarded
    Those GC points are awarded at the end of every stage as well as points for Sprints Competition Leaders(1st to 5th),Mountains Leaders(1st to 5th)and Young Riders(1st to 5th) if such a jersey exists.

    Not extra no, but GC points are awarded on the final stage and that effectively reflects the final GC

    This is the way points are
    This is the way points are awarded, at the end of every stage, for any rider who is in the Top 10 of the GC in any of the Grand Tours or any stage race:

    Any rider on your team who is holding a top 10 position on the GC will get awarded the following points at the end of the stage:

    Position on GC / Points Awarded
    1 / 10
    2 / 9
    3 / 8
    4 / 7
    5 / 6
    6 / 5
    7 / 4
    8 / 3
    9 / 2
    10 /1

    Well, actually it’s only written that there’re points allowed for stages (in multi-stage race), one-day races and time-trial stages. But nothing about the GC (apart from the points allowed for wearing a jersey) …
