Rear derailleur help!!!

Hey guys, got a new 105 rear mech for my bike, its the first one I've ever fitted myself and for the life of me i cant quite get it running correctly. Mostly it just won't move into the largest cassette ring. But anyhow could somebody give me a step by step walk through of what to do from the start or point me to somewhere that does. Cheers, Ben

I always refer to this when I need to adjust the derailleur. Needed to install a new one myself just last week.
