    Hey guys

Could anyobdy recommend some bar-end lights, a bit like the Like-Bikes ones but a bit easier to get hold of? Preferably available somewhere online.

    Cheers

    Very secure when attached.
Very secure when attached. You slide in the tube, then expand it with an allen key. Then they are screw on lights.

If I am leaving the bike for any length of time, I unscrew them and chuck them in my bag. Waterproofing is pretty good. I’ve never had them out for any length of time in heavy rain. But then again. Heavy rain to me here would be a monsoon down south 😉 So yeah, its pretty good.

All round decent bar end lights. Removable with ease so they can’t be nicked. Good strength lights.

The only downside is the “indicator” light is pants. If I was going to be doing alot of night riding. I’d stick a light on my head and point it towards my hand and indicate with the strips on my gloves.

    Ooh, they look good! Exactly
Ooh, they look good! Exactly what I’m after and they run on real-world batteries too.

Obviously these are to supplement the proper front/rear lights on my bike. How secure are they when attached? How waterproof? This bike lives outside a lot, it’s my town bike when I’m at uni and there’s no covered racks around college.
