Excuse my stupidity but how do i know if my bottom bracket is british or italian thread?? not sure if this information helps its a shim hollowtech ultrega in a ridley noah rs frame :?

English has one right and one
English has one right and one left hand thread/Italian is right hand thread both sides:

ISO/English or BSA 1.37 in x 24 TPI 34.6-34.9 mm
Left-hand thread drive side

Italian 36 mm x 24 TPI 35.6-35.9 mm
Right-hand thread both sides
