Have been riding MTB for a long time (as well as commuter) and am slowly returning to the roads full time.

Am looking ahead to next spring and partaking in a few more sportives & longer distance charity cycles (1 day affairs only) as well as more sunday morning runs and want to save my pennies for one of the three above.

    Eddy Merckx EMX-3
    Bianchi Infinito
    De Rosa R838

Can I ask you the more experienced audience for your thoughts / recommends?

    Thank you

ha, i look at the emx3 & think it’s lovely & u’d belong to a smaller club, then u see the rosa and go, geez thats a thing of beauty & u roll over the bianchi again and it’s damn i love the black white color scheme

ah happy tough choice indeed – there’s a shop in belfast that i think carrys almost all of them so i’ll throw the leg over them and see what happens
thank u all for your help

    having to choose between
having to choose between those three? that’s one of them good problems… 😕

they’re all good quality bikes. i’d suggest making the effort to find somewhere you can ride each of them on a decent road loop, and compare and contrast. Much of the difference would be down to personal preference, i’d say.
