Giro Stage 4

I was looking through the scores of the Giro and saw that Stage 4 had no scores. I guess beccause the race was neutralized because of WW's fatal accident. Was this announced previous to the race? Just wondering.

Yes it was because of Wouter
Yes it was because of Wouter Weylandt’s death in stage 3 and it was announced on the forum that because the whole stage was neutralized by the Giro then the game would be aswell

Yes, it was announced before
Yes, it was announced before the stage.
It would be silly to give out points for a neutralised stage.
