I saw the start list posted on the forum.
does that mean the “available for next stage” is wrong?

If you had a read about, there are many posts and in them is ALL the info you need

Yes the available for next stage is wrong at the moment, so use the official start list for picking your riders

You can have any 9 riders within your credit limit, so any amount of GC AR DS from any team, so in theory, if there were 9 sky riders you could pick them all
