    Did not look happy after the finish, all that hard work to keep up and then not win i guess, similarish in the ramp up of the world champs, just much more technical so that may have hampered him

    Couldn’t have managed to rip off his points jersey any quicker after the podium

    but could tactics by rabobank, considering it was such a tight finish

    The adverts that pay for the program to be made. Its terrestrial TV, I don’t quite understand what you expect. I suppose it could always go back to the BBC, A 1 hour highlights show on a saturday morning a week after the race has finished but at least no adverts!! đŸ™‚ Commentators – yeah I agree with the Vuelta comment but Hugh Porter is doing the TOB and to be fair I think its pretty good, he knows his stuff.

    Didn’t see it and refuse to watch ITV’s coverage of cycling, so can’t comment on today, but any time Cav is up the front and doesn’t win he’s a grumpy arse, he’s quite happy winning or rolling in last, but anything in between is a no no for him
