Ceramic Bearing Upgrade In Particular For Fulcrum R.3's (& Others)

Hi All Anyone upgraded their balls (ooo er missus) to ceramic on Fulcrum 3's - If so what did you use & where from - I've heard that cups & cones (if you like) also need to be upgraded - true or not? Any info or advice gratefully recieved. Many thanks

I think they normally come as
I think they normally come as a complete sealed unit anyhow. Enduro do some for around £60-70. Not cheap.
