Here I am, once again asking for recommendations from you esteemed fellows….
I was looking to get a pair of pro-lite bracchianos which are out of stock everywhere forever. So I’ve been wondering if anyone could recommend a similar set of wheels about the 300quid mark. Also, tyres. I’ve been looking at the Continental GP400s and the Schwalbe Ultremo R1 tyres. Does anybody have any experience here, or any other recomendations? Sorry about all the questions, it’s just that this is the first bike I’ve had that is worth upgrading… đŸ™‚

    Can’t comment on the wheels,
Can’t comment on the wheels, but I’d avoid the Schwalbe Ultremo’s for anything but racing. I got some a while back and although they were lovely, I quickly managed to rip a hole through the front tyre about the size of a 5p.

Maybe have a look at Veloflex & Michelin too?
