It looks like Sagan just narrowly missed winning back-to-back stages of the Tour de Suisse, which in itself isn’t unusual. But the crazy part is that he outclimbed the best climbers yesterday, then out-sprinted all but the World Champion today. Is this kid a freak of nature?

It’s been my understanding of physiology that cyclists either have the slow-twitch fibers to be good climbers or the fast-twitch ones for the sprint finish.

I really like watching Sagan race as he’s always aggressive and interesting. But how does he do it??

He got 3rd today as well –
He got 3rd today as well – he’s currently 10 minutes down on Cunego in the GC, same as he was after stage 3. He came 3rd in the ITT but lost about 10 minutes on Stage 2.

Let’s see how he does in the next few days.
