How do I lose weight while building strength?

    Hi. I’ve altered my diet and worked hard to drop from 86kg to 75kg in the last few months. Feeling much better, and much faster, but I still want (need) to drop a few more. I’m beginning to find that losing weight (by cutting calories) isn’t compatible with maintaining enough stamina for two full and hard rides at the weekend. What am I doing wrong? Any advice?
