    Hi everyone

I was hoping for some advice i have just started cycling every other day to work until my fitness levels improve and i was hoping for some advice on a jacket i want something waterproof to wear in case of rain i would like something breathable, waterproof i have thought of a softshell jacket but not sure if i would get too warm as most seem to be fleece lined and i think a proper jacket would be too sweaty, i also wondered about a base layer top too wick away sweat but don’t know much about that.

Also would it be better to get a spring/summer jacket thing and a seperate one for winter.

here’s hoping for some good advice đŸ™‚
