Full Roster for Paris Roubaix?

Do I have to have a full roster to points score in Paris-Roubaix? Does that rule mean everyone needs to have Bradley Wiggins for their GC guy as he's the only one riding ... it's just to have him I'd need to transfer out either Geraint Thomas or Ian Stannard as I have my full complement of Sky riders already.

You need 9 riders in the team
You need 9 riders in the team to score points, but they don’t have to ride the stage. So you can select a GC guy that doesn’t participate in Paris-Roubaix.

Of course, he won’t score any points for you that way, so it’s your choice whether that is worth it.
