I’ve too used it for past few winters (choc) and think it great.

2 bottles last on a 4 hr ride with no need for food.

Citrus flavour is what I use
Citrus flavour is what I use for SR3 and it is nice and tangy and refreshing. Amino Load I use the Natural flavour which has a slightly sweet but neutral flavour and allows you to mix it with SR3 citrus if you wish.

cheers for ur feedback, i hav tried 3 flavours of sr3 which 2 repeated on me, and found the orange bland so will hav to try the citrus flavour, as i like it to quench ur thirst, and also a reasonable price compared to other makes. 😉

Great Stuff. I have used it
Great Stuff. I have used it for a few years now both winter and summer. Feeling a bit tired ? A few swiggs and a short while later you are flying. Probably you are supposed to drink it in a more disciplined way before you get tired but I seldom manage it. A good range of flavours. I always use Butterscotch. Recommended.
Allsports stuff is generally very good. I also use Amino Load and SR3 (isotonic) – these can both be combined in a drinks bottle and used on the road alongside a bottle of WTF. Dp90 taken at home makes sure you are getting enough protein.
