First post on here – hello!
I went to a LBS for a replacment pair of cleats for my Keos today. They didn’t have any Look cleats but sold me a pair of Outland cleats (OPE041) telling me they were compatible.
Got them home, fitted them and tried them out but there was not a hope of them engaging with the pedals.
Took them back and, to the shop’s credit, got a no quibble refund. When I did the chap told me they are normally sold as Keo cleats and they haven’t had any returned before.
Anyone used them successfully? Or was I being numpty?
