WTD: Hope front axle part ( or complete axle )

I have recently inherited a pair of tubular (sprinter’s) wheels built on older Hope Tech axles. Problem is that I’m missing one of the ferrules (spacers) which nests on the inside of the fork.

I’ve contacted the very nice folks at Hope, but unfortunately they’ve cleaned up a bit in the last decade and didn’t have any to spare.

I’d appreciate a reply from anyone who could help locate the missing part, or even a complete/incomplete front axle of the same vintage (doesn’t have to be in working order; I intend to cannibalize it). I’ve attached photos in the hope that someone may have seen a similar item. By the way, this is a 110 mm axle.
