Tubeless on 50mm Aero Wheels

I've got a pair of 50mm deep carbon clincher wheels on order, and am currently running a tubeless setup on my 'ordinary' 24mm wheels. I was just wondering if anyone has any experience of converting a set of 50mm deep section wheels to tubeless? The standard tubeless valves will be too short, so I'd need a longer valve or an extender, and am concerned that I couldn't get a good seal with an extender as they don't seem to have threads to put a locking nut on the extension. Any thoughts/experience appreciated. Cheers Steve
