Newspaper article is a bit
Newspaper article is a bit unclear- he was unsupervised but was driving with his mother?

Did have a learner licence?
L plates?
Was his mother licenced too?

Accidents do happen but if the above is no to all questions then to make people think hard -we need introduce a life ban minimum for driving.

Also why was the cyclist on the wrong side of the road? was he turning?

Badly reported article but a sad loss for another cyclist.
