Leprof East London West Essex F@Teague Ride. (7pm Tuesday and Thursday Evenings)

    After his recent crash, Leprof has been off the bike for a while, rebuilding his bruised battered body and needs to get some miles in.
    He has the OK to ride again from the Tuesday 5th of July.
    In order to rebuild him and make him Tweeder, we will be organising an informal bi-weekly social ride from Woodford Bridge, out via Navestock into Matt’s favourite parts of Essex.
    All welcome to ride with style.
    I would suggest not to ride fixed as it can get lumpy!
    We will be leaving at 7pm every Tuesday and Thursday from underneath the M11 at the junction of Snakes Lane East and Chigwell Road.
