indoor exercise

I bought an exercise bike prior to my intensive radiotherapy treatment for prostate, unsure of how I would respond afterwards. The machine is a Reebok indoor bike with several programmes, heart rate, fitness test, countdown, resistence settings etc. Free to worthy cause but pick up only, this is a substantial machine retailing at £300.00. when first purchased,(not by me)and is in excellent condition. I am in the Manchester area, Bolton. I have just found the instructions and manual, cheers.
