Best bike for around £ 1500

Hi guys and girls,

I have around £1500 and really like the Bianchi 1885 with Alu frame and carbon forks.
Though i have also seen the cento strada for a bit more money but is full carbon.

I like the styling of the 1885 more, they both have the same group sets, and i would like some advice from poeple that has experiance on what they wink is best. Will i really get much more fun out of full carbon, or for the type of riding i do will i really notice.
