Cycle Friday, who has attended a ride?

Who has been on one of the Cycle Friday bike rides into town (London). I am a marshal on the Finsbury Park to St.Pauls route. We start at 8 and it is a great social start to the day and not at all sweaty. You even get FREE LCC membership for 3 months!
