    … With all the super cold and ice, I have been getting into a bit of running.

    Anyone else taking the opportunity to do some other form of exercise?

    Ive been going out in the cold
    My other half gets out of the house at 8am and walks to work so seeing as I am in between jobs at the moment I use it as a good excuse to get up and go for a run. Walk with her to work then run 10km-12km along the bath bristol cycle path with the route back being along frozen muddy footpaths from st.george over the hill down to the river avon. Really nice to get out early and it helps wake me up!!!
