    cheers chaps … 10 to 15 ish
cheers chaps … 10 to 15 ish years old seems to be the
consensus then. I’ll e-mail brick lane when I can get
    the frame number off it.

Yup loft it is – anti scrot feature :-] And all the
bikes (mtb as well) need to be “spotless” to get into
    the workshop !!

It’s a small frame (48.5 cc seat tube) so the headtube
will be short – I got long legs, but a short body :-[

Apparently it’s Salmon Pink but does appear to be
somewhat faded which would go along with being 10 to 15
    years old.

Thanks again chaps – now I know what kind of groupset
etc should be on it :-]]

    I’m with Barney…
looks like a mid 90s frame to me. difficult to tell the geometry but there was a lot of short headtubes around then, and the colour’s very 1994…

    Barney Fletcher

    10-15 years old

If that colour scheme is original I’d say closer to 15 years old – Orange was a very popular back in the late 80s early 90s, but it looks so clean that it could be a lot newer, higher end road bikes were still being made with quill stems well into the late 90s when steel was disappearing fast.

Whatever, it is a very pretty bike

    No idea
No idea of the age. Very pretty, though, I have to say.

(And I thought I got into enough trouble taking bikes through the wooden-floored hallway and dining room to get them in and out of the cellar! You’re obviously brave…or single.)

have you got any other info?

a frame number for example? or any other identifying markings?

A good bet would be to email the nice chaps at brick lane bikes: info@bricklanebikes.co.uk

They probably see more Massi frames than anyone else in the UK, many of them second hand…

    Sooo…..
Your bike storage and workshop is in your loft?

That’s gotta cause marital strife taking dirty oily bikes all the way through the house!

not at all sure on the date of the frame I’m afraid
