    Sorry, this isn’t strictly cycling related but thought it would be of interest. There’s an article in the Guardian reporting on the conviction of a woman for killing a pedestrian while riding an e-scooter drunk, uninsured and with an illegal pillion passenger. Her lawyer said: “She’s obviously done something stupid at the time, she obviously wasn’t thinking, level-headed and there’s consequences, and she just wants to get on with her life.”

    Woopsie,  we can all understand and sympathise with the poor woman. Can’t we just move on? 🤯
