Wattbike Atom

So, I have been given an Atom. The trouble is I have no idea how to use it. It's all erected, adjusted, connected to the Wattbike app but without a decent user guide it may as well be a (not particularly comfortable) chair. I don't want Zwift, Rouvy, Trainer Roads et al, I just wanna use the built in software for now. Wattbike web presence is neither use nor ornament, so does anyone know of an idiots guide I can use?
