Can't create purist team on premium?

I recently upgraded to premium and i can't seem to pick riders for my purist team? theres just a red box that states 'window closed'. I know you can't make transfers during a race... am i missing something here?

Basically in order to stop anyone making changes to a purist team once that race starts the window closes, so you can also no longer create a purist team for that race.

So for qatar you wont be able to create a purist team now, but every other race it should work
