Going to stick my neck out and disagree with Geraint. Not convinced Lloyd will be up to it. However, with the way this race is going, it'll probably come back to haunt me. I wish Chavanel would step up and show his class.

Its early March and i'm already so far behind the leaders it's unreal so after my last two days of pathetic results stage 5 cannot come quick enough. 20

Used an extra transfer to try and claw back some of my lost points. Here's hoping

I have given up talking about my efforts after worse score ever and then another bad day yesterday.

Be aware

American Taylor Phinney (BMC) was also forced out while teammate Thor Hushovd was able to continue despite also having a bad stomach.

Hope they're keeping those two away from Teejay! I've brought 2 more big guns into the fold, think I'll leave the team to perform for a few days then reshuffle for the TT. I'm only playing reactively now as I don't like seeing those red arrows!

Well ive gone safe with leipheimer for gerrans....1 as he is much cheaper than TJ and with the TT in mind.

And my other change was irizar out and plumped for kiserlovski, hoping he can top 10 today

and if today goes well today have my transfers pretty much planned for the rest of the race but we shall see

I've gone for Matts Lloyd and Wilson - Aussie Power, but will they beat Richie Porte.

16:12 - Chavanel dropped
French champion Sylvain Chavanel (OPQ), 4th overall, has just been dropped.

I suspect that not picking Chavanel will be my best decision of the day.

1,2,3 as well however I suspect today may be a very high scoring stage and 120 points for 1,2,3 and GC will be about average.
